The CHM Alliance
consists of five independent companies that together own
24,000 sows on thirteen sites. The Alliance is a major
producer of pork, and through ownership of PIC, is the market
leader in the supply of replacement breeding stock in
Australasia.
In New Zealand PIC operates five large
farms used for the multiplication of its breeding stock
requirements, along with three Gene Transfer Centres for semen
production. PIC New Zealand is able to offer an excellent
career in pig farming and breeding. PIC is strongly committed
